ABOUT 

Sophie is a freelance Costume and Set designer. She graduated from Edinburgh College of Art, BA(Hons) Performance Costume. Her Final project was shown at the V&A, London, as part of the Shakespeare festival in May 2014.

Sophie has worked as a costume and set designer within a number of theatre projects and is currently working as  Principle Costume Standby on the SKY tv series Cobra.

In Collaboration with Dancers from East Sussex College, Lewes.To commemorate 450 years sinceShakespeare’s birth, the V&Ahosted aShakespeare Festival.One of the main festival strands wasto display newworks/installations by artists and designers who were ‘inspired byShakespeare’.Costume design students are invited to submit proposals thatexploredthe use of costume and masks to create communal, ‘tribal’ identity,using Shakespeare plays as inspiration.
